I am not the children's mother. I am their aunt. My baby sister is their mother, and she passed away in November. Her will left our mother as their guardian. My sister was married twice and divorced twice. Her youngest's father was always abusive (and it was documented by many police reports and journals that my sister kept), yet the state gave custody to the father. They live with my mom, but he bullies her and threatens to take his child and never let us see him again.

Your mother needs to go and get legal advise. How is it that he lives with your mother? Your sister divorced him and remarried, so why is he living with your mother?? How does he support himself financially? Who is paying for the children welfare?

This is too complex for yahoo answers. You need legal and social welfare help. Or tell him to piss off.
