I got rid of mine, they where on the sides of my behind.
I used Retin A on the area every night for a month and after that I started weekly topical applications of thricloroacetic acid with a cotton swab on each stretch mark. You can buy the acid over tha counter on the internet, I used a 50% concentration. While the stretch marks are healing is better not to use the Retin A as I heard that it can slow healing, but after the skin heals you can start again every night, because it helps the acid get deeper on your next treatment.
On ocassions I had skin darkening on some areas but it dissapeared by itself.
Now I have some stretch marks left but they are almost invisible so I feel lazy to continue treatment, buy eventually I will.
Some people will recommend you cocoa butter lotion or vitamin E oil, etc, etc. Don't waste your money, I tried for years with no result.
By the way, the acid is very cheap and the Retin A , you can buy the 0.05 % OTC also and is not expensive.
Hope that helps, best of luck.

Only a plastic surgeon can excise the torn skin.

You can't get rid of them. They do fade over time.

You don't. You have basically torn the skin beyond repair.
