No I haven't. I have pneumonia. I also had two teeth pulled yesterday. And I have to meet with a neurosurgeon because of injuries to my back while in the Army. So I had all this happen within the past day and I haven't been able to eat. And I bet you werent looking to hear about my life. Sorry.

Well since i haven't eaten anything since Monday night due to having sever strep throat and ending up in the hospital last night i finally got to eat today.
I went to subway and got a 6 inch cold cut trio. Man i was starving!

yes I had my dinner and I ate my dinner very slowly with a thought in my mind that every bite gives abundance of energy to my mind, body and soul .
I stopped eating as soon as I realize that my stomach is comfortably full ( not over eating , not hungry )
