Does anyone else have red palms when they first wake up?

Please NO nasty remarks. The palms of my hands are, from time to time, very, very red in the mornings, when I first get up. The back of my hands have some splotchy redness to them too. Does anyone have any idea of what this is? No rude answers PLEASE!!

its due to lack of blood flow and laying on ur hand also it can be due to lack of oxigen in ur blood
