i felt sick the whole day and could only eat a little in the evening? Is there a bug about in England now (SE) as the weather is so warm?

Yeah, I know...I feel the same way.
I spent one night a few days ago basically in the loo... being sick and having diarrhoea (not nice!!). Have't felt well for a few days ever since, barely want to eat anything and just feel sickly all the time without actually being sick. My tummy is making funny noises all the time... Had enough of it!
But yes, as others said, we've got to drink plenty of water.

I live in Bahrain and my English friend brought back a bug from Christmas vacation thats got half the Island get sick all over the place

Sorry, I'm in the NEast USA and it is unseasonably warm here also (global warming, I suspect) but we have a lot of "bugs" going around here and the unseasonably warm weather makes it worse for all of them--- hope you feel better---- try to drink liquids that are not caffeinated- you have to stay hydrated...... no matter what you have.

My friend as had the same bug, its just another one those winter bugs.
The weather is very mild at the moment, but the snow is coming soon.

You stay in bed. drink lots of fluids.fruit juices. eat fruits and vegetables.no junk foods.I 'm in South Carolina. I wish you well.
