The real restaurant recommended time frame is 7 days counting the day you put it in the refrigerator!!! But, Pizza will be like eating cardboard after a couple of days. 2-3 at the most!!!!

I don't know how long you can keep it in the icebox, but I never keep it more than three days. Here is a tip on warming it in the microwave. Get a damp paper towel and place it over to pizza( this doesn't work well on the thin crust) It keeps the pizza soft and the cheese melts better.

I always toss left-overs out after three days. The pizza might be just fine, but why take the chance with your health?
Ordering another pizza is a lot cheaper than a trip to the hospital with food poisoning. . .and a lot more fun, too.

You might be able to keep it longer without getting sick, but in terms of it being a viable leftover, I'd say 3 days is pushing it.

I would say around 3 days...assuming it is covered in the fridge. If you are gonna' re-heat maybe 4 or 5 days since the microwave would kill possible harmful bacteria.

To be on the safe side, consume within 24 hours of delivery or pick-up. After that, it starts to grow its own ecosystem.
