Cancer is not a communicable disease. That is, it is not a virus or bacteria that can spread from person to person. It is a mutation of cells that has become harmful to the host. While this is a dangerous situation for the one with cancer, try as hard as you might but you will not get cancer. Whether it is you or someone else who has a loved one facing this, by all means let the kisses begin! A cancer patient will want and need every bit of positive reinforcement they can get.

it is very unlikely that cancerous cells would manage to find their way from the other person's throat and into your throat and then to grow and take hold - apart from the general barriers to prevent the former (tendency for things in the throat to go down into the stomach to be dissolved by stomach acid - gag/cough reflex to prevent foreign material entering your lungs or throat - your own stomach acid and respiratory tract defences) - your body cells would very quickly identify any foreign cancer cells as invaders and mount a vigorous immune defence response against them.

Absolutely not. This is like asking (I'm not saying its a dumb question you're asking) whether you can get AIDS from kissing someone who is infected. Of course there are exceptions to the AIDS situation. But I digress, no.
