Try getting 30 minutes to an hour a day of exercise and lay off the junk food and sodas except for one time a week. Those habits will serve you for a lifetime.

It depends on how tall you are.
You can go to http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/ to calculate your body mass index, then they'll tell you if you're in the healthy percentile or not for your age/weight/height.
