None of them work. They may temporarily help you lose weight but when you are off of them, or your body builds up tolerance to them, then you gain it back.
Losing weight is not losing weight if you gain it back.
That’s what diet pills do, why do you think there is a new popular one every few months.
Now if you wonder if there are any good supplements and my answer is yes.
There are some supplements that you can take that can enhance a very healthy diet and fitness program and help you to stay committed to it.
7 Keto is an awesome metabolic enhancing compound that helps to reduce body weight and body fat by giving you more of a hormone that tells your thyroid to increase your metabolism. You may say wow, that’s what I need. No, the 7-Keto is all you need, not the other stuff. Yes but no, see the body can only take so much of it at a time before its eliminated by the blood and the rest becomes expensive urine. So you cant just take it alone, it must be part of a plan.
Hoodia appears to affect the brain by making the stomach feel full and reducing the desire to eat.
Offers safe, caffeine-free, non-stimulant weight management support. It also may help in metabolizing fats.
Multivitamins - help you maintain the muscle that you have by providing nutrients your cells need. Understand if you don’t put enough nutrients in your body, you will lose muscle because your body will eat the muscle for those nutrients.
These supplements should be part of an overall lifestyle change, to a healthier one.

I know, I was always looking for the perfect little diet pill too. and honestly I've tried so many. They all have so much caffeine, especially the new trendy Green Tea ones, they give me the serious jitters, then I go from zero to b*tch in 3 seconds flat.
So I prefer simply filling up on water, sorry just not a fan of diet pills. Good luck.

Diet pills are horrible for you and can cause many more problems than they solve. I would recommend not using them. If you really want to lose weight, have the willpower, and stick with a diet and exercise program, you don't need to cheat by using drugs. If you still can't lose weight, see a doctor, as it may be a symptom of a thyroid condition, or some other medical issue.

Honest to god I just started Phentermine (Fastin) today. I have eaten toast, and a small bowl of potatoes. I am not hungry at all and feel a HUGE boost of energy. I got the prescription from a local Doctor yesterday. I am trying to lose 50 lbs. (I just had a baby girl 7 weeks ago). My mother-in-law lost 60 lbs in 6 months on the same pill. I hope it works for me! You might like it! Good luck!!!

There really are no good diet pills out there. Exercise and sensible eating are your best bet. Exercise will curb your appetite and boost your energy and metabolism.

Seriously- NONE ARE SAFE. They all have side affects which unfortunately do not get discovered until people have serious problems years later. They just exposed TRIMSPA as a ripoff on TV today--- it's all hype and dangerous meds--- don't use it.
