I use Crest ProHealth and it works pretty well.

All toothpastes are quite effective at fighting cavities (as they all have the same active ingredient, fluoride, and most of them in the same amounts). As for the mouthwash, I've always heard Listerine to be the best.

my hygenist (spelling) recommended this mouthwash called ACT. it prevents cavities and if you have small ones they can be prevented into growing. You only have to use a little bit and use it once a day for 1mins. works good so far. good luck. =)

that depeneds on your opinion, i would personally ask my dentist before i go out and buy some cheap weird VooDoo mouthwash thing-y
