My dogs only have gas (and I believe you, it is the worst thing EVER) when they:
a) eat the cat food (when I don't pick it up quickly)
b) eat table scraps (guests often refuse to follow the rules)
If you are not experiencing those problems, please tell us what food your dog is on so we can try to help identify any possible allergens contained.
EDIT TO ADD:
Pedigree, while a well known name brand, is not a quality food. Our trainer recommends Wellness, Innova or Artemis. Each are wholistic foods and contain no wheat, corn or meat by-products. It might cost you more on the front end - but less will come out of your dog from it's back end because these better forumlated foods are more digestible (less gas, less waste).
A good rule of thumb is - if you can buy it at the grocery store, it's not fit to feed your dog. Iams, Purina, Science Diet, Eukanuba - these are the junk foods of the dog food kingdom.
When you switch your dog, do it gradually -- like this:
Week One - 80% regular food, 20% new food
Week Two - 60% regular food, 40% new food
Week Three - 20% regular food, 80% new food
Week Four - 100% new food
Changing your dog's diet drastically instead of bit by bit will increase his irritiable bowels and he may wind up with runny presents for you all over your house or yard. Slow and steady wins the race!
Good luck!

You'll definitely want to feed them a high quality, high nutrition diet. Remember, whatever goes in will come out. If the food stinks, well, you know. I would not feed a dog anything that you can buy in a regular grocery store. You may want to look for something at a pet store. My favorite brands (for the dogs, of course) are Innova Evo, or Blue (with the buffalo on the label) Read all the labels.
If your dog is eating good food and the smell is that bad, I would say to get her a vet immediately.

Pedigree contains alot of indigestable ingredients (corn), which has no nutrition and only job is to produce more stools.
As rule of thumb, the more vague the ingredients are, the more suspicious you will have to be of the brand.
There are quite a few products to control the odour. One is to give mushroom extract (for dog)
Natural Yucca reduces odors arising from stools and urine.
Another is to give snacks containing chlorophyll, like Darford organic biscuits (the breath one), greenies, bone a mint etc (must make sure your dog doesn't take big bites). Actually chlorophyll is more for breath, What I am thinking is what helps for the breath will come out in the stools.
Charcoal tablets and snacks also help. Darford also has charcoal biscuits and there's this australian brand called charco.
Heres a few supplements, Stool Deodorizer Plus and Pleasant Breath.
Hope this helps.

I have had boxers and for some reason they were all gassy...pedigree gave them the worst gas. Cut out the canned food and if she is eating people scraps cut that out too...just dry food with some warm water mixed in it. Has she been wormed?? Sometimes that makes extra gas I have learned.

I just got a Boston Terrier (3 years old) and he almost kill us when we took it to the vet (the car stinks for several days!). The doctor gave him a complete anti worm treatment!. I know yours is a puppy but..maybe need a second round. My dog is "getting better". Food? Not sure, I have 3 more dogs ad they eat "everything" without problem! Sorry, but is like my grandma or mom used to feed dogs before dry or wet food was invented!

i have a boxer too. Get better quality food. Like from Pets Mart or Pet Co.
The less the color or dye the better. Never feed him table scraps

I recommend a better quality food. You are going to have to find a food that works for her. Here are some sites on dog food to look at. Avoid corn, by products, food dye. Find food with an actual meat product as a first ingredient.

Sometimes, changing a diet can be the cause of irratible bowels. There is also the fact that some animals just have bowels that produce some really horrible smells.

Call your vet. He or She may be able to help you out.
Puppys tend to have the worst smelling feces and farts.
Use pet-safe febreeze. Its what i use.
If your dog is eating wet food try switching to dry.
