I doubt it. You should check with the police or child services. I am certain they could tell you.

The criminal age is sixteen in Canada, so as that takes away the priority of statutory rape. i'm 14 years older than my companion, yet then i'm in my mid 50s and he's in his early 40s which aspects us so lots greater life adventure in common. If something, he's the "brake" on my impetuosity, and while i'm all gung-ho to bypass skydiving from a airplane he's the single which will strike a twine in me I had my knee replaced only six months in the past and is skydiving truly one in each and every of those good thought! If I have been going to make a guideline: artwork on turning out to be acquaintances -- and mind-blowing acquaintances, at that -- in the previous even pondering introducing intercourse into the relationship. you have already got a mind-blowing deal of life adventure which he does not; and one element this is common between gay and right now adult adult males is that our first genuine romantic and sexual adventure is unquestionably extreme and it somewhat is genuine common for us to get our hearts broken. He could be superb, and seem and act like an person, yet he continues to be sixteen years previous. i'm no longer asserting which you mustn't have a relationship with him quicker or later, yet i do no longer think of you want to threat breaking his coronary heart, distinctly whilst the two one in each and every of you're sharing a hire -- so my suggestion could be to bypass slow.

Not a good idea. You would be legally responsible for anything that he did. If he was to have a party and the police got called you could get in trouble. You could also go to jail if he was to have a party and they were drinking and someone got pulled over or killed.

Morally? I don't think it is in his best interests--- too much can go wrong.
