Cambridge Diet works. I did it way back in 1985. Lost 32 pounds in a month and one week. I also gained energy due to the weight loss. Come to find out, it was great for my liver- i have nash and did have hepatitis c to (of course i didn't know it at 16). Anyway. I kept the weight off until antiviral chemo-its known to mess with the endocrine system.
Look it up online. It is a drink you make 2 or three times a day.
I usually had a drink for breakfast and lunch and then I had a weight watchers meal at dinner and a shake around 8 pm for a snack, but there are other ways you can do it.
Lots of water (an 8 ounce glass) before each meal helps too as well as walking...walk, walk, walk. Its better than any gym and not a waste of money. (You will gain muscle mass which weighs more than fat at a gym)

Sorry. Realism is important in setting goals - you can't lose that in a healthy way that quickly. Ten pounds a month is about the limit. Second, diet is the best way. Cut carbs, go vegan, but eat well, just portion and space it out. Lots of cardio and crunches each day would be good as well, but don't over-do it. I'm sorry you really won't be able to knock off 60 pounds, but you could lose about half that a still see a very noticeable difference.

Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day for at least 3 times a week. Eat a balanced diet, and lay off on junk food and foods high in fat. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and drink plenty of water.
However, it seems a bit unrealistic to lose 50-60 pounds within approximately 2 months. This is unhealthy for your body to suddenly lose so much weight.

I think its great you are going to the Gym!! I think the fastest way is to stay in the gym The treadmill will burn the most calories. Lifting weights will help tone you up and lose weight. But don't stop after your trip. Keep going by summer you will look and feel great. Don't forget to bring your water bottle and drink lots of water during your work out.
