this girl i am dateing is 21 and im an idiot i bought her a teddy bear i dont even know she if likes bears she dose like 80s music and i was thinking about a cd or a book tell me i have only been on 2 dates with her

She's only 21 guys! She'll think the Teddy Bear is sweet! If you can afford it, then go ahead and get a CD compilation with the Best of the 80's. And, yes, have the bear holding the CD, if it's arms are long enough. (Maybe avoid Best Love Songs of the 80's though. Save that for Valentine's Day.)
It is her 21st, that's a big deal to her. You'll either have to take her out for dinner or host a dinner for her. If you choose to take her out, make sure you put the bear in a nice bag with tissue paper. Then she she can hide the little one in it if she chooses not to show it off that night. Whatever you do, have fun!! No pressure, right!!

well wjen i was 21 i wood have loved a guy (that i was dateing) to mabey set up a real ramantic evening .like if you have accsess to a gazebo or no wait it mite be to cold if you can find some where were you to could be alone fix her a real speacial dinner call her mom or if you know her bestfriend ask them (or even ask her)what her favorit kinda food is and if you cant cook ask your mom (moms are the best at that stuff)if that is not an opp order out but make it look like you cooked it (and if you get found out evvern more addorable she will feel really speacail cuz you went to so much trouble.plus she likes 80s see if you can burn her a cd that makes you think of her or vise versa girls like it when you show them that you want to reach them on a( ummmm let me see how to say this)persanal (her personalaty/her character(sorry 4 the spelling)we like t see you notice what makes us tick .not just notice what make guys tick.ya know what i mean.good luck to you

JEWELRY young man, JEWELRY is the gift of choice.
get her a pretty silver or gold bracelet, put the jewelry on the teddy bear. Or if she is not a jewelry gal, take her out to eat at a nice restaurant and MAKE HER FEEL SPECIAL !
I am way past 21, but I would be disappointed with just a teddy bear, not mad, just disappointed. DON'T forget a card !

Keep the teddy bear, buy an 80's retro music compilation CD (greatest hits or whatnot) and tie it to the teddy bear with a bow, she'll love it. Maybe a hot pink bow like was popular in the 80's, it will be a whole "theme" gift and she'll appreciate it, trust me.

I think the teddy bear and CD are okay since you've only been on two dates...Just make sure the CD is something that she really likes or something she doesn't have that makes it a little more special and take her out to a nice romantic dinner

Keep the bear and add to it; maybe a gift certificate to a place you're pretty sure she'd shop at (La Senza, the Body Shop, Music/video store, etc.). Flowers are always a hit but don't last long. Dinner is always a hit. It doesn't have to be an expensive place, but anticipate that her friends and co-workers will ask what she did on her birthday. She will love to tell them about activities (dinner, movie...) and about the gift she received. So it needs to be something not too-personal, and something that would really please her.

I think a nice dinner out at a nice restaurant (not a fast food restaurant) and give her a couple of roses (representing the two dates that you have gone on) and an I'm glad we met birthday card along with her teddy bear holding her 80's music CD.

Dude, I don't care if it's her birthday -- you shouldn't get her ANYTHING that early in the relationship. Wait until you've been going out about 90 days. Honest! No matter what you get her, you're bound to look like a desperate fool for getting her something so soon. Good night!
I'm not kidding either. If you do this, she will lose respect for you. Some of the recommendations are outstanding, but it is too early in the relationship for anything. About the only thing that you can get her without looking too bad is a card. And even then, you barely know her! I don't know what idiots gave me thumbs down, but do not be confused. Even if she likes you, you shouldn't get her anything more than a card so early in the relationship. Good luck!
