This summer i was trying to lose weight and it got alittle out of control. I was never anorexic, but defintly on the verge. Once the school year started, i began to eat more and my doctors made me go to a nutrionist to make sure im eating enough and i feel like im always eating now but for some reason my weight won't move. I've been eating normally since october and i even feel bigger than i was this summer. I really was starting to look a little bit emaciated towards the end of the summer but now i feel like i'm starting to see my tummy again and such but ...my weight is EXACTLY the same, according to every scale i've been on, as it was when i was trying to lose weight. any explanations?

You lost your muscle and replaced it with fat. That is not a good thing.

Muscle weighs more that fat. You may be gaining more muscle, at the same time losing fat. I wouldn't totally trust the scale.

Concept #2: You may have had different amounts of water in your body at the different times you waid in. Have ever noticed how much even a glass of water weighs? water weighs quite a bit.

There are many factures and situations some one can find them selves in.

Maybe your not eating as much as you think? Try writing down everything you eat for a couple of days and see what happens
