Do a keyword search on google, there's ton's of it out there. You can buy it at compusa or most computer stores.
It is ILLEGAL to monitor someone's pc without their knowledge. If you get caught they can press charges. The only way you can is if it is your pc (your the company owner or parent of child you are monitoring).
