I have 14 month old twins and when they fall asleep in their cars seats, their heads tend to wiggle from side to side. I want hte absolute best neck support item available in the market.

i don't know where you are located, but down here in the south,
all you have to do is to go to the local fire department and they will evaluate what you have and will make recommendations if what you have needs improvement for free.

You should not add anything to your car seat, even for neck support when sleeping. If you really feel they need something just use a small receiving blanket. Check w/ your local police/fire department for a car seat inspection. They can offer you a lot of information about how to best use your seats and keep your children safe.
