Many criminals from south of the border come to this country to escape the law in their own countries. Plus where would you rather go to jail Mexico or the US?
This is a criminals paradise compared to the countries to the south of us. Here they have rights, In Latin America the police can shoot you in the back if you run, will machine gun your car if you don't pull over, the only thing you don't have to worry about is being beaten with a baton, the police in most latin american countries don't carry them, they just shoot.

The Unites States is being invaded, and criminals from around the world have learned that they can enter the USA, commit crimes, including murder, and then run back to Mexico to avoid prosecution.
In Los Angeles, 95 % of all outstanding murder warrants are for people known to be illegal aliens.
The price of diversity is paid by those who are murdered in their home country by people who would not even be here if our government defended our borders.

You could answer your own question if you opened a map. Proximity to California. I am sure Minnesota does not have the same problem as the geography is very different. Look at the FBI's most wanted.....many flavors of people, and I don't think they have two columns legal or illegal.

Since all your links are from California, I will assume that there are many more "South of the border" immigrants living there.
