Well perhaps you feel sad about him breaking up with you because of pride. So, you have to think and be honest with yourself. Are you sad because you really liked him? (which you say you didn't) Or is it more pride because you might have wanted to break up with him first - and you think how dare he break up with you even though you really did not like him in the first place.

It is somewhat normal still for you to feel sad, as he was a part of your life for a short time. So, don't deny your feelings. If you feel sad, let yourself feel sad. If you feel like crying, let yourself cry. I can assure you that the sadness will be over soon. But don't deny your feelings - even though you may not want to feel this way. Try to spend some time with friends doing activities - a good way to get over it all. Hope this helps!

You're TOO YOUNG to be dating! This is why you don't understand how you feel. Date when you're 16 that way the guy can drive, take you somewhere without his mom and actually pay for your dates. Going out this young can cause all this confusion and to do things you'll regret later on. Try being a kid for once. You barely knew how to type the paragraph, how could you understand dating? When you're older you're going to miss the lack of responsibility. Enjoy it while it lasts.

But I do know what it's like to like someone. Just don't talk to him anymore and take everything day by day. Hang out with your friends. Distract yourself. You'll be fine. But wait til your at least 16! You'll have a lot more fun then. Plus, you should date ALOT of guys to learn what kind of a guy you want in your life and to learn about yourself. Go play on the swing set now instead.

I will have to agree with "meghanw1". I think that you are a bit young to be thinking about boys. I am 19 now, a sophomore in college, and I just got a boyfriend. I didn't have my first kiss until 2 weeks ago. I think that you should cherish your childhood and try to focus more on school and your friends.

Don't waste your "first boyfriend" and "first kiss" experiences on just some random guy whom you don't even like. Act more like a 6th grader, and try to ignore what the people around you say that you should do. Peer pressure has never had positive outcomes.

You are only upset because you are the one who got dumped instead of doing the dumping. I think you should just talk to him and say something nice to him like you'd like to be friends.
