Healthy kidneys produce urine at the rate of one drop every minute or so. The most likely result of trying that out is that you would get yourself the condition of hyponatremia, where there is so much water in your body that it cannot continue its biochemical processes and you therefore die. I don't recommend trying that one out bro.

Probably not - your system won't process the water fast enough. I hate to answer a question with a question but why in the heck would you even think about trying something stupid like this???

I don't think so and I wouldn't try it because you can drink too much water. It has symptoms very close to being dehydrated.
