Id like to hook up with this girl but i dont know how to or what to talk about with her! It's always awkward because she knows I like her.

Get to know her. Ask her questions, like what her hobbies are, what does she like to do, does she work, if so, where. There are so many things to talk about. Or, what you could do is say "I don't know what to talk about". Maybe then she'll try to think about what to talk about.

If it's awkward things aren't going to work out. She knows and she doesn't like you. She won't let you get close to her. You have to get close to someone first before moving in. You have to at least be friends unless the person likes you back for some reason but that is usually not the case. When you guys are friends you are more confident. But remember. If your friend says no then make sure your friendship doesn't fall apart.

Well the scariest thing is called rejection. You need to get to know her and then you just come up with the nerve to ask! you'll kick yourself in the butt if another guy comes along and scoops her up. So the hardest thing is to take to first step. I believe you'll do just fine don't think to much about it just ask there's no harm in that and if she does turn you down just pick your self up and find some that will truly want to be with you hey it will be her loss! wish you the best of luck

Its only awkward because you make it that way dude. Just don’t be shy and walk up to her and show confidence and have a normal conversation with her as if she is one of your friends. Ask her out on a date like to a movie or something, or you could ask her to go with you and your friends somewhere.

Start out slow like talk to her on a messenger and then when it gets more confortable then u can talk to her on a more personal level.
