I might sound cheap, but I was wondering if there is like any free software, or any tricks or techniques you can do to improve your voice over time. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Just practice. If you have any music whatsoever, if you try and sing with it you'll eventually get better.

Emulate fabulous singers. For Example, try to sound like Liza Minelli and Dawn Upshaw for women, and Bryn Terfel or Robert Merill for men. If you'd rahter sound like a gereat rock star, try sounding like Dionne Warwick or Jasni Joplin or Patti Labelle for women, or for men, Jim Morrison or Billy Joel for men.
