You can actually pick up at home DVD's especially for moms with toddlers or kids for exercises with them and getting them involved. You can actually use your toddler as a weight for your workout routine and at the same time your toddler will be having a great time! You can check out this site http://www.itsybitsyyoga.com/itsybitsyyogaparents.htm
Other then that there are some really great physical activities that you can do with your kids if they are a little older and it will get you a workout at the same time. Even taking them to the park and getting involved with what they're doing is great! Good luck!

This may sound silly, but play active games with your kids if they are old enough. Play freeze tag, race them, play hide-and-go seek. Why not challenge them to a sit-up contest? Not only will your kids be happy, but you'll be burning calories! Plus, maybe they will tire themselves out so you can have some alone time!

My kids like my exercise videos. They dance and try to do the exercises with me. It is easier to include them than to have them "get in the way". But, like someone else wrote...them in stroller and you push. I have 2 children (4 and 2), I put them in their Radio Flyer wagon and I drag them around the neighborhood.
Good luck!

Get the kids to exercise with you, it has good benefits, teaches them to exercise regularly and gives you all something to talk about.

Stoller-and you push. Of course, that's only gonna work if your kids are young enough. How old are they?
