I have an old 2-3 year old opened bottle of jagermeister, can i still drink it? or has it gone bad?

I know a lot of people that would gladly come over and test it for you....
Seriously. If it has been kept sealed, it should be fine for 5-10 years.
If you don' t plan on drinking it within the next few years, I would suggest giving it to a friend, no need to let it get wasted.

1) Invite friends over to your place for Saturday night
2)Place old bottle of jager along with 4 shot glasses(or however many friends you have coming over) overnight in the freezer. Yes, freezer, don't worry jager won't freeze.
3) Enjoy shots of chilled jager in chilled shot glasses on a Saturday night before you all head out to the bar and clubs.

jagermeister is like wine as long as it has been stored at a temp below 103 F with mid to low humidity you should be fine if it has been stored at a temp higher then that you will want to toss it out because it will have a bitter tin like taste.

Yes, it's probably still good. Alcohol doesn't really go bad, unless it's a cream drink like Bailey's.
