Me and my husband recently found out we are having a girl, due June 1st. He is a major Chicago Cubs fan, and had planned on doing the nursery if we had a boy. I would like to surprise him and still do the team, but for a girl. The only thing I have been able to find is a pink Cubs mobile. Does anyone know where to find other girl Cubbie nursery items? Or, if anyone knows where I can find some fabric, I will just make the rest? Thanks

Do you really want to do that for your lovely sweet little girl? I sincerely hope not. Doing the regular pink room wears on you after a couple of years let alone doing a Chicago cubs room for a girl. If you want to do something really nice for your hubby, if you have a den or basement, surprise your husband with a re-do of one of those rooms with the Chicago cubs. It could be his own room, or fellas room for him and his guy friends. I am sure he would appreciate that more than seeing his precious little girl in the Chicago cubs room. If you need assistance with a design for his room, let me know. Whichever design you decide, have a blast decorating!

I don't know what area you are in but Joann fabrics has some real nice Cubs materials. Remember that Cubs colors are Blue and RED so much of it will have the Blue logo or Bear and red in it.

And remember, you can always use the room as a nursery and your daughter can move to a big girls room when she grows up so only her clothes and a some accessories need to be pink. Much of it can just be Cubs colors.

It might be hard finding anything that is pink. You are lucky to find what you have found. Since one of the main colors is blue. One suggestion is you buy pink material some Chicago cub emblems and applique them in appropriate locations. If you can cross stitch you can even do the emblem that way.

visit 3 diverse fabric shops they have Cub fabric, i've got bought it. I have been given extremely some cub products for Christmas, pillows, blankets, filled baseballs lol...yet that doesn't be the form of stuff which you're precisely searching for. in line with risk attempt Jo Ann fabric's? in line with risk they might order it for you. sturdy success

Here is a cute outfit I found, The only sugesstion I would have is to do solid pink and try to find just white iron on decals or patches.
