I think the fact that the bible states that Jesus was born of a virgin says a lot about Christianity's attitude toward sex. And so does the average Christian's aversion toward the possibility of Jesus having a sex life. And take a look at Genesis. As soon as Adam and Eve took a bite of the forbidden fruit (which is supposed to give them the knowledge of good and evil), they realized that they were naked and covered themselves up. It as though the human body is evil in the eyes of the Christian religion. And sex? Worse yet. And let me ad this post-somebody even equates sex with Satan in their answer. That says it all.

God is a spirit. Does he need to do things of humans he created. He teaches the humans many things through his indwelling spirit given to mankind. The Chinese calls this 'shen jing' or God's bible. Without this, does any human know to engage in the sex which you think God should also perform. But God is a spirit as I say. Now may be Jesus with a human body, but he is God. You need it and God does not. That is the different. In fact, you can complain why God gives you that sexual passion. But those who are married would tell you what a earthly heaven when one is engaged in sexual act. That's why we come across many perverted or cruel people who go around to rape for their sexual satisfaction. Omnipotent is the power to create if not do it but he does not do it because he does not need it.

God created sex for us not for himself. If he wanted to have sex himself though then he certainly could - he is God afterall.
God is a VERY sexual being. Go read 'Song of Solomon' in the Bible and you'll see what I mean.
God loves sex - he just has a problem with sexual immorality. Why? Just look at all the pain and emotional damage sexual immorality results in. That wasn't God's plan or intention for sex when he created it. Sex is supposed to be a good thing - a VERY good thing.

I don't think that God has any need for sexual pleasure. He's God, for crying out loud! Do you expect him to have 99vigins surrounding him at all times? Besides, the bible teaches that sexual deeds done outside of marriage are immoral. That sexual deeds done without the intent of procreation is immoral. I seriously doubt God is married, unless he stole Mary from Joseph or something. Which I doubt even more. And as far as having a harem or something....
no. no God has no need for such things.

In heaven--according to most christian religions, (which if you are a religious christian you hope to go to), there is nothing physical. Our souls are what we have in the after live, not bodies, if you don't have a body, you are neither male or female, therefore sex is redundant--does not even enter the question. God is omnipotent, and obviously prefers this state, otherwise it would be different. And well if your bashing Muslims, you bore me, and you listen to way too much propaganda.

You are thinking like a natural man. No where does it indicate in the Word of God that sex is of interest to Him. It is something He gave to mankind to reproduce. You are placing attributes on God that He does not have. He is Spirit.

For almost all of their lives, Christians are taught that sex is a no-no. Well, until you're married and trying to have a kid.
But there's all sorts of rules governing sex, which kinda takes all the fun out of it. Plus, if you have sex, you're "unclean" in the eyes of God. "Unclean" was also used in reference to lepers or demons. If you had sex, you became as a leper or a demon for a day. Kinda bad if your God is unclean or a leper.

Shayna, think about this question a little more before being insulted by it. It is actually a good question, and apparently you didn't read all of it, or only read what you wanted it to say.

My faith believes he is sexual. How do you think we are all BROTHERS AND SISTERS? We were born into the spirit world and then given an oppurtunity to come down to Earth, and then be able to return to our FATHER.
