it's something genetic and hormonal... u can stop shedding hair by eating healty, specially foods with lots of keratin (like carrots), getting lots of rest, working out, and ofcourse NOT STRESSING!!!!!
and most importantly, stop using hair products, like gels, hairsprays, etc. and hair straighteners and curlers... ur hair look perfect the way it is
(luzana, i'm not kidding, seriously, these are the only ways u can stop hair fall!)

From my own experiences, whenever my diet has been less than good, about six months later, my hair thins out. It does make some sense when you think about it. Last year, I started doing these three-day fasts (another story - very stupid), and now my hair is as thin as ever. So my advice to you is to eat a balanced diet with lots of B vitamins, take care of yourself and your hair will reflect your state of health (which will be excellent then)!

Are you under a lot of stress or pressure right now??
Sometimes that can make your hair fall out ~ at least it did mine..
Depression can also cause hair loss...
All of these things can happen during the Winter time when there is less day light hours....

Is normal to loose some hair everyday, but if you feel that you are loosing more than usual you may be using too much conditioner. It happens to me sometimes. So I just change my hair shampoo and stop using conditioner for like a week or so. Try head and shoulder

This is the time of year for shedding to occur. Hopefully you are hydrating your hair with a great conditioner as well as a humidifier at your house. Some shedding is common, if you think yours is in excess, please set up a consultation with a hairdresser.

my hair was shedding a lot and i tried some hask's placenta from Sally's it worked instantly. the first time that i used it it cost about 1.99 a bottle if you have a lot of hair you will probably need about 3 bottles @ one time they come in a small tube but it really really really works so get enough for the amount of hair you have.

shedding hair is natural. actually i think that it means your hair is healthy. unless you have some sort of disease the hair will grow back really fast and you won't even notice the hairs that fall out.
