It's like, whenever my boyfriend is online, or talking to me on the phone, I'm doing something else too, like talking to other people, or watching tv, or doing something else, so i take awhile to reply to him, and he gets hurt, does he have any reason to? because whenever he's talking to me, online or on the phone, he doesn't do anything else, and gives me all his time and attention. so am i really making him feel like he doesn't matter to me?

P.S. I'm not busy or anything, I'm just talking to other people, or answering questions on yahoo, or doing other things.

Usually they guy puts more effort in making the girl feel wanted and loved (by devoting all his attention to her). So from what you said it dosnt sound like your ignoring him just sounds like your busy. If he is getting hurt then talk to him about it and pay more attention to him (just make it a point to do that) like when your talking online and you seen your im flash and its him answer right away. The little things count!! And when your with him hold his hand, put your hands on him (shoulder/waist)

(lol), I have the exact same problem as a male. My girlfriend is multitasking, and takes a while to respond, but I know she still loves me. I would suggest giving more time to him, but he has no reason to be hurt.

Yes, you are giving him the message, "I don't value you, or your thoughts, feelings or opinions" . Even if you only talk for a short while, give him the attention he deserves. : )

He is your boyfriend, you should be paying attention to him. He has a good reason to be hurt, wouldn't you be hurt?
