Ok, So i'm currently working on losing some body fat, then i'm going to focus on building up my body a little for a more toned look. I've changed my diet already to a low fat diet, but I was wondering what is the best way to prepare eggs and keep all of the vitamins and protein. I know Rocky style is probably the best but i don't think I could handle that lol, plus I don't want salmonella.
Any other Tips are greatly appreciated!

don't do the rocky thing ,hard boil your eggs then separate the yolk from the white. the whites are loaded with protein. eat that way or mix with anything such as canned tuna in water not oil and never use salt unless it is sea salt, there is no cholesterol in sea salt

when my husband trained in power lifting back in college they ate a lot of baked potatoes and boiled eggs, if that helps.
