Quit tring to know more about magic, forget it, try to know more about God. Pray to God for protection any time you experience fear, Gods unconditional love is the greatest power there is. Remember God with love, surround your self in the light of Gods love and command all enities that are not of this light, leave, leave with love but leave.

Yes, all religions should be, and for the very reason stated in the post: just because the framers didn't know about a religion doesn't mean they didn't intend it to be protected. Furthermore, Supreme Court precedents have long recognized that the establishment clause also protects people from having to have any religious belief (e.g., Torcaso vs Watkins). The prisoners' right to believe as they see fit technically isn't violated in virtue of the fact that they don't have a state-paid chaplain, even if other religions do have such a position. It would need to be shown that they are somehow deprived of their ability to worship by not having a chaplain. The fact that a difference can be found doesn't mean that they aren't being legally protected. This sounds like bad reasoning at first, but you need to look at the underlying idea: there's a difference between: (1) a chaplain being denied to prisoners; and (2) no case for a chaplain being provided. The prison system is not required to staff a religious representative for every possible belief that a preson could have; the prison system is also barred from refusing religious representatives from visiting the prisoners as a private citizen. In other words, this case isn't about prisoners being able to speak with a religious representative. This case is about requiring the state to put a person on their staff. These are two very different things, and the question about whether or not the rights of individuals can require the state to take such action isn't the same thing as whether or not their civil rights are protected. If the affected inmates can demonstrate that this position is a requirement to protect their first Amendment rights, then the courts would have to order the prison system to make way for a chaplain. However, just because the case is dealing with something that has to do with religion doesn't mean that it's just a given that they'll get their way.

In order to perform a spell like using magick also needs faith otherwise it won't work. God works in mysterious ways. Often you will be put to the test. This is a form of test to see how strong is your faith. There's a story in the Bible about a guy known as Job. Go read up and you'll undertsand better.

Just because you have faith doesn't mean that magic can't work on you. And besides if you believe magic does work, then it probaly will work on you. Particularly if you seriously believe someone is using magic against you, which is doubtful unless you killed or raped someone. Most magic practicioners don't curse because they know it's going to come back on them, and if they do they only do it to those who truly deserve it, not on a whim or because you annoy them. That's a waste of magic and abuse of power. If you're having problems I would suggest finding out what else is wrong besides magic. Could be that you are overlooking something.

And if you are truly terrified that your faith isn't protecting you from this supposed magic attack then perhaps it's time to take a look at yourself to see if your faith is as strong as you think it is.

what you believe is more powerful than anything that takes place outside of you - check your faith, and have faith in yourself --- magic's power comes from what a person believes; if you believe in something greater that the power than magic, then you will not be subject to it's workings

Hmmmm, you don't know much about magick, I'm afraid. It won't work if they don't know it has been cast. Be careful, ever mind The Law of Return.

Having faith in lies helps no-one and magic spells are for TV fiction or fantasy not the real world . You will never need LSD.

If someone's trying to hurt you, get a gun and protect yourself. Keep your faith in a holster.
