My dog is 15 yrs old. He is deaf now. I wonder when he dreams can he still hear my voice and other noises ? Would be cool if he could. He sometimes howls and grrr's , kinda cute. What do you think?

I highly doubt it. If he is deaf, that inhibits him from hearing anything, awake or asleep. If he could, he would jump and wake up. Howling and growling in his sleep is out of habit and nature, not the ability to hear. Sorry!

Your dog is probably just dreaming. It depends on how deaf your dog is , he might be able to hear your muffling, he probably cant hear you clearly though, especially not if he is deaf.

If he has always been deaf i don' think so. But if he went deaf he probaly can, because he remembers the sounds.

I think he can.Your voice and other noises he's heard before would be in his brain,so when he dreams of you and other things the sounds would be there to.

Howling and growling..... probably having nightmares.. Try petting him to reassure him that he is safe, please.
