positive attitudes can help in different ways...for one your anxiety is decresed since you're not busy being negative and upset. If u have less anxiety your blood pressure is lower, you relax more etc...just a general positive outlook in life is better than having a sour attitude for no reason. It leads to more pleasant experiences.

There is definitely enough research out there that says we have a mind/body/spirit connection and a good attitude sure can help heal. Positive thoughts mean positive emotions, positive emotions create good chemicals in the brain which in turn help the immune system = healing. Good equation, huh???!!!

Yes! I use to be a very negative person that blamed everyone else when something went wrong. I found out that it was me all along that needed to change. I am more positive and I attract positive energy towards me and it feels great.

Yes, it does. Your mind is powerful and keeping a positive attitude and keeping yourself healthy helps. Make sure you are eating plenty of fruits and vegetables.

When you realize you are a beutiful person. Then you will continuisly think positivly and receivie positive things and carma along with healing.

Yes it is wise to so direct yourself. But to see one lose all hope is to see one unable to reason any more as the mind is in a psychotic disorder

i think it depends on what your healing. if it's a wound then yes. mind over matter. but not mind over mind. then you would be masking the hurt and it will hit you harder later.
