I have the same problem...5'7 102lbs. And eat constantly. But I am a pre allied health nut and know that dropping AND adding weight fast is not a good idea and no one should tell you otherwise. If you do take advice please run it by someone in the professional medical field. Good Luck!

The healthiest way to gain OR lose weight is to do it gradually, if you can. There are plenty of high-calorie healthy foods that you can eat while also maintaining a realistic exercise plan. For example: avocados, peanut butter, most nuts, and cheeses are all nutritious foods that are not low-cal. Weight training is a great way to add muscle tone, without getting bulky, and possible add on pounds.

There is nothing called fast in weight management.
For weight gain -with or without exercise-
Its the height vs weight, not age-
optimum protein,low fat, low sugar, low carbohydrate,low salt nutrition-after each regular meal along with essential supplements per day,with one liter of water for every 44lbs would provide desired result
Male=1"=1kg=2.2lbs
women 1"=800gms=1.76lbs standard weight
now You can work out your possibilities
Fat% Men 16% and women 26%
Men 2000-2200 calories, women 1500-1800 calories(intake)

Eat a lot of protein and exercise a lot so you can gain muscle. If you want fat then eat regularly but reduce your own movement. I tried this and i gained a little bit of muscle and weight (5lbs in two weeks) I'm 5'3 and now 110.

Two good foods if you don't smoke are goats milk or freshly ground and cooked wheat grains. I hope there is no cancer or serious illness.
