I've been reading it.....the changes are gradual because I have found it a bit difficult (so far) to catch what thought I am generally thinking, which emotional vibration that is (and thus which one I should refocus on to make my experience & vibration more positive). But it has helped my understanding quite a bit concerning the 'you can't have what you want' (quote from Conversations w God) = 'if your definition of desire is to focus on what you want and then your emotions on the fact that you don't have it, you will continually manifest not having it.' (quote from Ask and It Is Given).
