Model? 5'3? Thin?
You've gotta be kidding me when you say you don't care if it's not healthy. Trust me, you're going to care once it starts ruining your life.
Exercise. I know, it's painstaking, but it really helps. Take some sort of aerobic course like cardiokickboxing or yoga. Makes you more flexible and stronger.
And please, don't starve yourself or throw food up on purpose. It's painful on the tummy and burns your esophagus. Pretty scary really.

I tried the whole modelling thing and I am sorry to tell you that they don't usually accept guys under 5'9". Unless you're really young right now and are going to grow I wouldn't go crash dieting. And if you are young, don't worry too much about it because you'll just stress yourself out and may end up gaining more weight.
It also depends on whether that 138lbs is muscle or fat. I would take my measurements first and compare them to other models (usually there are some models who have their stats online so that agencies can look them up). If it's muscle then I say leave it, agencies like a bit of muscle on men. If it's unwanted fat, then a regular daily workout routine and healthy eating (limiting sugar, fat, and carbs) helps.
Good luck with your goals, and don't get too discouraged about all the critiques you may or may not get. Just remember that everyone (agencies) are looking for a particular look, if you don't fit their look you may fit someone else's; just because you're not what they want doesn't mean that someone else isn't looking for what you can offer.

Why can't you stop eating? Do you eat when your stressed? Don't look to food for comfort, find a hobby you enjoy and do that instead.
Eat more fish and veggies. I like tuna so I eat tuna sushi and tuna from the can. That helps me stay strong and healthy.
Get a calorie calcualtor from google and it will tell you about how much you shold eat per day. Make sure you eat about 700 calories less than what the calcualtor tells you. You will lose a pound a week and in a month, will be visibly thinner.
I know you can do it, good luck.

You might be happier with acting, actually. Being good looking will help, and there's no height qualification, and no weight qualification, either. You can learn a lot through acting classes that will help you throughout life, so it's good even if you don't pursue it.
As for your weight, try www.weightwatchers.com. That will help you lose weight and keep it off. Plenty of crazy diets can help you lose weight in an unhealthy way, but then you gain it right back. Weightwatchers helps you lose AND stay trim.

what kind of model are you aspiring to be? because, as i'm sure your aware, you're too short to be a runway model, they look for women that are AT LEAST 5'8,
I have been told that overall what they look for (in a runway model i believe) are that you must be;
5'8 or taller, have a 24' waist,
and i think that if your search on the internet there are table where you can find the average weight for models of different heights, but not many women fit this mold, there are plenty of beautiful plus-size models, so if you are truly passionate about modeling you should look into plus-size modeling (i don't mean this as an insult, plus-size is not in any way considered "fat")
as for you, i think that you should be healthy, and be confident, because this business will chew you up and reak havoc on your confidence, trust me, i know.

with or without exercise-
Its the height vs weight, not age-
optimum protein,low fat, low sugar, low carbohydrate,low salt nutrition replacing two meals along with essential supplements,and having one meal of your choice per day,with one liter of water for every 44lbs would provide desired result
Male=1"=1kg=2.2lbs
women 1"=800gms=1.76lbs standard weight
now You can work out your possibilities
Fat% Men 16% and women 26%
Men 2000-2200 calories, women 1500-1800 calories(intake)

I think models start at 5'10...so unless you're planning a growth spurt, I'd focus on going to college, become a wife & mom, you'll probably be happier...
