i have a decent upper body but my inner legs are wicked fat. I have a pretty figure but my inner thighs are so fat they make my big butt look tiny. Any real advice about how to diet and exercise to get rid of this problem would be greatly appriecated

I had that problem too. Doing squats, lunges and bikeriding really worked for me

Are you entirely sure that they're fat? They could be muscle.

If they are muscle, there's most likely nothing you can do about it.

However if it is fat, I'd say step aerobics and yoga might help if running isn't what you like.

And get your butt off that chair and get to exercising your legs.

Pilates and Yoga, do stretching exercises it elongates the muscles and will make for leaner looking looking legs.
