Drink more water than you are drinking now. When you take a shower, use a loofa to slough off the old skin. Don't use really hot water, as this tends to dry your skin out more. When you out of the shower and all dried off, use a good lotion like Vasaline Intensive Care. Stay away from lotions with perfume in them.
If you keep up a regular routine doing this, it should start to help.
Also, very important; be sure to eat foods rich in Essential Fatty Acids, and take an Omega 3 supplement with a 3-6-9 ratio. If you go to the health food store, they will be able to get you the correct one.
Good luck to you, and Happy New Year!

Did you know that Glutathione is the best skin antioxidant supplement with skin whitening side effects? While cleaning up your body toxins for better skin and health, skin will have an even, radiant glow with less hyperpigmentation. That's why these are regarded as skin whitening pills. If it's your birthday then, Happy birthday! Mabuhay to you too. :-)

I don;t know how to make you look young. I highly recommend using a product called Cetaphil. My uncle whom is in his late 40's has serious dry skin. He introduced the product to me. It makes your skin very soft and is safe for all over the body. No left over greasy feeling or bad smell. Good Luck!

Honestly, I have tried so MANY different lotions, and it doesn't matter if you're a man or a woman.... the ABSOLUTE best I've ever tried is Curel Ultra Healing.
And, I do mean I've tried everything, from 100.00 lotions, to this one, which happens to be about 4.00 @ Wal-Mart and EVERYTHING in between....
Try it, you'll be hooked.
