Okay imma gonna call this chick tommorow and i am trying to get to know her so do you think its cool i just ask simple questions about music, shows and things of intrest? Will that break the ice? Or should i be more suave? Should i do it face to face or is over the phone good?

The phone will be less awkward, and personally I would prfer if a guy broke the ice first. A guy who is suave at first makes a girl feel like he can;t be trusted and all he wants is sex. Maybe that is what you want, but don't act like it. Gain her trust and when you feel like it is the right time, then ask her. DO NOT pressure her, and be genlte about it when the time comes.
