sometimes my jeep will not start right off, have to drop it to neutral, or it starts right off the bat. I believe it is the ignition switch or the neutral safety switch, which is high dollar for a 4 speed automatic 4.0 anyone experience this problem?

I have a '96 grand that was doing something like this. It turned out to be the starter. Good luck.
