Because after midnight, it is technically the next day. What they are saying is that that milk can be sold all day. It's really just a waste of ink on the carton.

Because those cows know their stuff. I watched a cow get milked once and I swear when the guy was thru milking, that cow turned its head and said "July 2nd".

Do not drink milk! It is Gross, causes ear infections in children and if it was real,, would sour in 3-4 days, refridgerated! It should NEVER LAST 3 WEEKS!
