REHAB NOW!

You will be pleased to know that you have taken the first step in order to get some help.
My best advise is to now get the courage to speak to someone like Narcotics Anonymous by phone or email - there is nothing like speaking to someone who has been through similar problems with drugs to you and got through it, back onto the straight and narrow. Maybe a bit nerve racking initially as you will have some fear but once you go, hopefully you will never look back.
I was a suffering alcoholic until summer 2005 and my life has changed a lot more for the better.
Also pray for help, properly! I did and it worked a treat.
You dont necessarily have to go to rehab, I didnt, I just went to AA and sought help from my doctor to get over the DT's
It worked for my grandad for over 39 years -he had a great life and so am I now.
I wish you all the best my friend from Blackburn, England.

Best solution, stop taking drugs. You have created a problem that most likely cannot be reversed. I suggest you see a naturopath to detox yourself of all the drugs that are still lingering in your body. That would be a good start. Eat healthy, exercise and live a clean life. It's never to late to start.

Get rid of the drugs. You'll see improvement over a period of time.

start of by praying its and addiction you cant do it alone it takes time and you have to remember that its a imbalance in you brain so asking for help was the first step and you have already taken that so now you need to find a rehab or a group to help you more.

it's scarey - i know...i wonder sometimes if i'd be able to think faster and compute questions fast if i'd never tried drugs...but not much i can do about it now...i guess staying away from them and cleansing (drinking water and lots of fruits and vegetables) will ha\elp the toxins in your body work their way out and yo'll feel your mind is clearer...of course those brain cells will never return...but without drugs and fresher, healthier tissue you'll feel so much better - trust me!!!

The first thing to do when you're in a hole is: quit digging!
If you haven't quit the drugs yet, DO.
Then eat healthy, get sleep and exercise, and soon your mind will clear up.

Relax this is the best time to begin fresh. We all have to change as time deals us awesome challenges. I hope your brain is still good and you can escape too.
