im a female and neither fat nor skinny. im actually active and consider myself athletic but i cant seem to get rid of my belly. does anyone know how to get of it and to flatten it out completley without buying expensive machines or going on crazy diets? ( please answer if you have personally tried the plan and it has worked for you. thank you)

I thought you were screaming about some bud.... I guess if you want that kind of six pack, you might go for the mich ultra instead...less calories. =)

That's the only six pack you can get "pronto"

Well, Britney Spears once said she did 200 sit ups a day no matter where she was.

I believe it...and I don't believe Britney Spears. Just work out everyday and do strength training more. The Firm is a total butt kicker dvd! (Just get the dvd from some where cheaper and make ur own step.) They have some core workouts that are great. Then stretch w/ some yoga and a stabability ball with Denise Austin.

You should be sweating and feeling sore....in a good way!

Use a Swiss ball as your personal chair and switch your core on!
Swiss ball it's great for abs also go online for more help how to use a Swiss ball!
