It's a 1k x 4 bit static RAM IC, 55nSec access from the ancient days of electronics (20 years ago).
Your best bet is to search for this and get a quote from a distributor for a small quantity -- there are small stocks all over the place. I'd suggest enough to completely replace all that you have in your game (or maybe twice that number), since if you have one going bad, the rest will follow shortly.
And, just for you, they WILL make you pay dearly... :^)
P.S. I've used usbid.com once before at work for a part like this, and they did a good job that time. Looks like they take plastic for payment, too, so you won't have to COD or prepay.
