The Jewish People did not exist as a people until receiving the Torah on Mt. Sinai. That sort of changes the question that you could have asked.

Read the book of Genesis. There you will see that Adam, Noah, Enoch, Methuselah, Abel, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob etc all worshipped the one and only True God, Creator of the heavens, the earth, the seas and all that is in them. Moses didn't initiate sacrifices to the Almighty God, God demonstrated this Himself when He clothed Adam and Eve in the skins of an animal. That animal had to pay with its life. Thus God immediately showed how He would Himself provide the ultimate, perfect sacrifice for sins from the beginning -right after Adam and Eve disobeyed God and sinned. Abel brought an animal sacrifice to God -and no doubt his father Adam did as well. In this way Abel showed he had learnt God's lesson of sacrifice and the shedding of blood for justification. All of these individuals have one thing in common; their faith in God's Word and His promises. Thus the just shall live by faith
