I have heard many say that they are "persecuted",I would just like a few examples.
And of course when I say atheist I mean one who believes in no god what so ever.
This ought to be....interesting.

sure - there are some very offended atheists. yet only like the stereotypes of the "hypocritical Christian" or "militant Muslim," it incredibly is only the vocal or influential minority that get the attention and the undesirable rap. I even have many superb atheist friends, and collectively as some surely in nice condition the "offended atheist" mold, others do not.

No. Not at all, atheists are logical, and most times,respectful, people. Using logic, they know that no amount of "force" can change someone's mind. The person has to change it themselves.

I have a dear friend who is an atheist, and even though she thinks that my religion, like all religions, is silly, she still wishes me a happy Yule and such.

Yes, I've encountered atheists who tried to force their views on me. They can be just as bad as any religious fanatic.
Actually they're worse, cause often they are the ones who ***** and gripe about religious people doing that to them. So they are hypocrites in the most nauseating way on top of being fanatics in their own way.

Nope. In my experience its always been the religious people that go door-to-door, hand you flyers on the street, protest peoples rights and bomb abortion clinics.
