Yes I have. I found if I break it down into smaller pieces and then just take one thing at a time, it is easier. It's too intimidating sometimes to think of the whole big picture. It can feel insurmountable. So, just one small step at a time.

you just have to start by starting....not much of an advise but think of the swings....it always take a little work to start and stop but the feeling you get once your swinging in midair is worth all the work needed.....or just be lazy and stick to playing with the sand; thqat way, you will never leave the ground.. much like my two year old brother!!! GO!!!! be a DOer

I get extreme anxiety and stress when it comes to starting something new. Sometimes I throw up. Sometimes I get really sick. I can't explain why this happens or what to do for it because I just ride the wave...If that makes sense lol

Babe it is hard for everybody!! Change brings us out of the BOX! We are accustomized to live how we are used to living!I was accustommed to living single for a LONG time and I got over it, now I have me childrens!!! We are supposed to adapt to living a certain way and then before we know it we are used to living the way we turned to.

maybe your afraid of failure. but dont be afriad to try new things becuase were always learning. also maybe your not motivated, it could be that deep inside you hate your job or dont really like the people your going on a trip with.

yes, i have that kind of problem too but then i realize if you dont start doing something your doing nothing at all...all you have to do is to sit on your computer and start typing your resume... in the end everything follows.
