Who has never made mistakes cast the first stone !!!!! all you big hearted righteous people out there !!!!! you all have done this or will do at some point in your lives or worse !!!!
Why has this happened again ? How were you caught out again ? Is there something that she is not doing right in your relationship to keep you faithfull ? If so have you told her what it is and has she acted on it ??? How did you get her back the first time ?
OK this is it !!! Harden your heart tell her you are very sorry and you love her loads it was just a fling. sweeten the truth a bit , be firm by saying that you love her loads , but remind her of the good times out weighed the bad. Tell her if she leaves you then there nothing more you can say or do but say sorry. Say it in a calm , firm controlled way.
You must not keep killing yourself over this, life goes on even though it will be painful like hell for both of you. The bottom line is if she truly loves you she will stay ,did you know that !
After all you didn't kill anyone. Most all tell her the details in the manner that I described tell her that you will not discuss this incident with her over and over again. After you explained, don't keep calling her to be a punch bag for her to then dump you !! If it all fails you may end up with the other girl but not if she grassed you and gave your girlfriend all the info !!!!!!
Good luck let me know the outcome dude!!!

Sorry but if u have done it before and again i would hope that if she has any self-respect she will end this one sided relationship.... for her own good! And just out of interest - why would u WANT to salvage the relationship - u obviously dont LOVE the poor girl or you wouldnt cheat at all.... if you have ANY respect for her just as a fellow human being have some decency and tell her the TRUTH (though i suspect that she knows the truth by now ANYWAY as it seems to be a major recurring character flaw in you!!) Walk away for both your sakes - let her move on.....maybe try to stay mates if u really dont want to lose her for ever - in time if she sees a change in you, the situation might change and she may feel able to trust you again...

don't behave as though you're going to be the victim in this... she is. Only way to salvage anything is by being honest. If she's stupid like me she may give you up to 4 chances before the love will just fk off into think air like it never existed and then she'll never want to see your face again because she'll realise she should have said yes to all of the propositions she'd received by fellass while you were on the scene. Nevertheless, she'll get someone alot better.
The sooner you're honest, the better. If she finds out all four times by other means and other people, you'll defo lose her. But you don't deserve her anyway

Clearly deep down you dont really want to be with your girlfriend, you wouldn't cheat otherwise, why do you want to salvage a relationship where you make this poor girl so unhappy. Get out now before you upset anyone else, let her get on with her life, it seems like you want to go out and have fun, so do so.

If it's happened before, you obviously didn't learn your lesson.
She deserves the truth and honesty from you. Whether or not she decides to stay with you is her own call.
Why salvage a relationship where you can't even treat her with the consideration and respect that she deserves ?

You need to tell her. Trust me she probably already knows..If the other girl hasn't told her then she probably has this deep down inside feeling...When it happened to me I found the worst thing was not the cheating but the fact that he that I would be stupid enough not to find out...

You have probably already destroyed any trust she has for you if she has spoken to the other girl. Telling her lies is not going to do you any favours. You should come clean with her. You probably should also face facts, it's probably the end of your relationship with her. If your relationship is (was) so great why are you cheating on her anyway?

you are a tw*at and hope you get every thing you deserve, what should you do, try keeping that pecker of yours in your pants for a start, and if your girlfriend is anything like most of us women out here you and the bird you knobed are going to pay for what you have done!
do not think you can do this and get away with it.

You obviously want the relationship to be multi-sexed if you've been caught cheating.
What would you do if you found her in bed with someone else(friend, stranger)?
If you can both agree to bigamy then so be it. Else End!
