Be careful when using a george forman grill and marinading. Alot of the store bought marinades that you can by will just come out because of the foreman's fat redeucing power! A really good marinade, but not for use on the george foreman, is equal parts Sake and Honey! and then a tsp of white wine vinager! (1 cup honey, 1 cup sake!) It was so good, but like I said don't do it on the foreman!

All fruits are fruit and vegetables. A "vegetable" is a plant, any part of which is employed for food.

In the superstore, fruits are usually picked out far too soon. Some are rocks, many are bad. Some of the fruit and vegetables are right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.

I love my George- got one too for Christmas- it beats going outside in the winter to use the grill--- the best is chicken and shrimp- it literally cooks in less than 8 minutes and it is juicy, tender and has the grilled flavor to it- I grill my chicken and shrimp plain or with sauces- and it cleans up really easy oh, kebobs are great too- use wood skewers and just turn once they are done in like 10 minutes.
