Autism is a complex disorder(if that's what it is otherwise I apologize) and there are other disorders in the Autism spectrum so a online quiz would be difficult to account for these things. Self diagnosis generally isn't a good idea but here's the website similar to what you're looking for but please just use it as a reference rather than to decide whether you or someone else has Autism. http://www.autism-pdd.net/checklist.html
You or however you suspect has Autism should see a psychiatrist or someone similar because even if you or someone else has Autism this will help in coping with it.

Wired Magazine had an article called "The Geek Syndrome" and a test with that. http://www.wired.com/wired/archive/9.12/aspergers_pr.html.
I think the test focuses on Asperger's Syndrome, but try it first and see how you score.
