How many Calories are there in 1g of Maltilol and 1g of Honey?

Does anyone know the answer to this question? Serious answers only please!

1 gram of malitol (which is an alcohol sugar) contains 3 calories,

and

1 gram of honey contains 4 calories per gram. It's a mixture of sugars and just a little bit of water, but not enough to support bacteria growth, so there's not much water in it.
